and Reporting Process
We understand and appreciate that supporting your databases remotely
involves efficient communication and maintaining strong relationship
between managers, developers and DBA's. We work in a flexible
manner, using the feedback from our onsite contacts to ensure
that the service continues to meet the needs of your business.
We work with each of our clients to identify the most effective
communication methods for efficient problem resolution and integrated
support.
Our DBA's maintain an internal client knowledge base for each
customer to ensure that information is recorded and that system
changes are acknowledged; thus allowing our team to remain familiar
with each customer's environment. All changes are made in accordance
with a set of predetermined change control procedures. All clients
are provided with a regular and periodic report summary that
relates specifically to the agreed level of service and tasks
performed. All our clients are assigned a named primary and
secondary DBA and account manager to ensure hassle free operations
